Finding "Me Time"

I think as mothers, we all become completely engorged in motherhood and enamored with our children. Each day we think of what we can do to better their lives and their happiness. Which is completely the correct thing to do. And as mothers, our happiness comes from their happiness, right? Right. But I do think that sometimes we need to take a minute and write out a couple things we can do for ourselves that brings a personal happiness.
Speaking for myself, I will just go and go and go. I will work, clean, cook and do all mom duties until I'm ready to drop. Hell, I haven't had a manicure or pedicure in over two years. And that used to be my "me time." Its like I never want to miss a minute of Ben's life, but sometimes, us mama's need a little time to ourselves. I know its hard, and I know I don't do it. But I think to keep happiness without our own selves is important for the happiness of our families and our children.
So, what are some things you can do to get some "me" time and time to hear your own thoughts.
here are a few ideas I have and I encourage you to write your own down and try to make time at least once a week, to make it happen.
